Over the last 16 years Bates have operated as the sole laundry company for all bedroom related textiles (both flat linen & towelling) to our group of Hotels in London.

I am the main contact with our London General Managers with Bates and primarily with David Pantlin the Group’s Managing Director. Personally I can only give a very high reference in regard to the overall service that we receive from Bates of London

They give a very consistent high quality service, and in times of need I have found David and his operational team to be extremely flexible. I cannot remember a time in my dealings with Bates that the answer was “NO” Equally as the person who agrees on going contracts and deal with our Company’s demands and standards, I can say that I am very comfortable giving this reference. PPHE Hotel Group initially started working with Bates of London when we opened Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London in 2010.  In a very short period of time the Bates team were mobilised to service the 1019 bedrooms, including in-house managers working with the Park Plaza team to assist with the running of the laundry.  The training, service and quality of work has been first class and as a result we are pleased to award Bates our four other London hotels with effect from July 2013.

I have no doubt that continuing to work with Bates of London, we will maintain our high customer satisfaction results.  I look forward to continuing our partnership.

LA Fitness

LA Fitness has been working with Bates of London since we opened our Club in Leadenhall Street, London in 2001.

That year we opened a further 8 clubs in the London Area and as part of our philosophy of enhancing our Customer’s experience, we were among the first to offer a free towel.

Bates of London has supported us now for over 12 years by providing a towel rental service to all 12 prime Central London Clubs, and 6 more in key locations throughout North London, processing over three million towels a year, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

We consider Bates of London a strategic Partner and it is a rare event for any of our members to be without a clean fresh towel. We are delighted to recommend them.
